Hosting Maintenance Plans
All hosting plans shown above are ‘Self-Managed’ packages.
Self-Managed hosting: Most commercially available hosting plans are ‘self-managed’. This means the client is told how to access their hosting accounts control panel (cPanel), and then is responsible for the maintenance of their hosting account using the control panel. This includes setting up mailboxes, forwarders, domains, sub-domains, FTP accounts, statistics and databases.
Full Service Hosting: We can take care of full server maintenance for you. This includes regular backups of websites files, database backups, server monitoring, keeping software up to date, such as WordPress and WordPress plugins. If something needs changing, such as a new email address, we can do this upon request.
